Quan brings over twenty years of fashion business and related industry experience to FIT. He is a globally recognized expert on the business of fashion with a keen understanding of both digital and physical retail, including retail planning and allocation, merchandise planning, sustainability initiatives, corporate reorganization, process reengineering, and inventory management. Quan is fluent on the full line, off-price, and multi-channel retail business models and has shared his expertise with students, industry executives, and the media. He has authored or co-authored several publications on topics ranging from luxury fashion management, vendor-managed supply chain partnerships, design outsourcing in the fashion supply chain, and online versus off-line retail strategies.
