Karen Pearson is a professor of science and mathematics and the director of TechFIT, a project funded by the National Science Foundation. She is a recipient of the 2010-11 SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. She holds a BA in chemistry from Clark University and a PhD in inorganic chemistry from Washington State University.
